The standardized Pump EOLT from HAHN Automation offers the possibility to implement tests for different pump types such as water or oil pumps with short cycle times. The necessary tests are implemented according to product and customer requirements and include e.g. speed, torque, flow, pressure, but also the function of electronic components.
Thanks to the flexibility in interface areas such as article pickup, a wide range of products can be tested and changeover to new product variants is also easy. The concept allows testing of small batches with manual loading as well as large batches when integrated into an assembly line. The built-in robot takes over the handling within the EOLT fully automatic from the transfer position.
