HAHNfit

The HAHNfit company health management is more than the famous fruit basket in the canteen or the weekly back training: It is much more about a health-promoting corporate culture, ergonomic workplaces and events that are designed to encourage our employees to behave healthier. To this end, a sports and health program is offered that changes every six months and offers employees insights into courses such as CrossFit, climbing or yoga. Topics such as healthy nutrition, stress management and work-life balance are also addressed. Lifetime working time account & retirement provision

Different or changing phases of life as well as the desire for a freer way of life often require a change in working hours. Our lifetime working time accounts offer a great deal of flexibility in working hours and thus also in the work and life planning of our employees. By taking advantage of these accounts, it is possible to take longer periods of leave without financial loss if desired. These can be used for family, further education, care, sabbatical, early retirement or part-time work.

Anyone who wants to ensure financial security and maintain a standard of living in old age often has to take additional measures in addition to the statutory pension insurance. As an employer, we provide support in the form of a company pension scheme and an attractive 20% bonus.

Individual working time models

A balance between work and private life is particularly important to us. To help our employees master this balancing act, we offer them individual working time models.
