Our training strategy has had a significant impact on the development of the Group. Without our own junior staff the success story of HAHN Automation would not have been written. Therefore, we attach great importance to extensive training and start with the youngest: no matter whether individual school cooperations, the annual Robotics Cup or internships - we offer many opportunities to support young junior staff.
We will continue to build on our own apprenticeship in the future and offer you as a student the opportunity to support you as part of your career orientation in the form of an internship or to accompany you on your way to becoming a specialist in your career goal. Get a taste of the exciting offers of HAHN Automation and help to shape the next steps of your development. Apply now for an internship with us!
Every year on the nationwide Girls' Day we offer some female students the opportunity to experience the professional world of HAHN Automation at first hand. So you can get a direct impression of the daily work routine at our company and convince yourself that not only men work in our assembly hall. No matter if in our training workshop, the assembly or in all other areas of the company - girls and women are welcome everywhere!
Every year we invite students from grades 1 to 10 to Rheinböllen for the Robotics Cup. There, they can compete against each other in various tasks with robot vehicles that have been specially developed for the respective age group. The robots are based on LEGO Mindstorms and are developed and tested at the respective schools in Robotik AGs. The winners can expect great prizes every year, such as a trip to the Europapark. Taking part is worth it!
