Our loading boards are designed to load rubber and plastic molding machines (horizontal and vertical structure) with a variety of parts. The boards can be loaded manually or by automatic feeding, as required.

The insertion of the loading board into the molding machine can be done with a HAHN AUTOMATION Liftmaster-System or an industrial robot.

Due to its samll design, tools can be loaded with a high quantity of cavities. In the process, multiple parts can be loaded into each cavity. The low height of the board allows also for a use on molding machines with a small opening stroke.

As an option the loading board can be equipped with a sensor system, which monitors the insertion of the loaded parts in the machine and consequently ensures an optimal manufacturing prcess.
