The MasterCell R
The MasterCell R is a production-ready robot cell for the customer and part specific expansion.
The basic setup consists of a solid steel frame to withstand primary forces. Various cells can be interconnected to create a large production line.
This cell concept can be realized in different implementation varieties: The part feeding can be done manually with safety door, light curtain, drawer or turn table, as well as automatically with indexing table, handling, conveyor system or pallets and trays.
Included in the standard design are:

- Welded base frame, primed and painted
- adjustable machine feet with buffer
- Robust zinc plated base with various patterns for cell expansion
- Safty guarding with 2 electrical locked doors
- Machine guarding with quick locks
- Electrical cabinet with control panel
- Pneumatic maintenance unit as well as base tubing to the gripper
- 2 pieces of pneumatic valves in the robot
- Software with basic functions like manual/automatic, home position, etc.
