With this technology the robot, in a variety of applications within the cell, is able to take over the work of a CNC machine for complex deburring work. Conceptual possibilities are toolings as well as work piece applicati. The system can be used as a milling or deburring work station with manual feed as well as within an automated line. In the latter case, the feeding process can be done, for example, through a conveyor system.

Whereas a CNC machine can only perform one process step, possibilities like deburring, handling, assembly or checking can be integrated in the MasterCell FlexMilling. The versatility of the robot allows therefore for a higher flexibility in rigid machine connections, at a lower investment.
