MasterCell FlexCheck
The MasterCell FlexCheck is a standardized testing cell for the inline quality checking of 3D inner and outer contours, surfaces and completeness of assembly parts as well as for reading part labels (Barcode, data matrix, etc.).
While regular testing cells are most often very specific, the FlexCheck is adjustable for a variety of checking tasks. The basis of the FlexCheck is the combination of modern camera technology with 6-axis-robots, which allow even for a checking of tricky outlines. Used are matrix-, line-, grey- and color cameras in analog, digital and FireWire style with corresponding PC-based evaluation software. In addition, sophisticated camera systems which operate without PC assistance, can also be applied.
The system can be used as a checking work station with manual feed as well as be integrated into an automated line. In the latter case the feeding process can be done with a conveyor system.
All test data will be displayed online on a built-in monitor in the cell. In addition, the FlexCheck collects and archives all part specific test data and therefore meets the requirements for a complete data tracking. With its extensive performance spectrum the MasterCell FlexCheck is an optimal tool for quality and process monitoring, which can be utilized in many industrial sectors such as the automotive, pharmaceutical, solar, plastics and rubber industries.
